Technical Specifications

• The conveyors have a robust press-bent structural design.
• The belt conveyor frame is manufactured from black steel sheet and can also be made from stainless steel sheet if required.
• The standard belt width is 400 mm (wider or narrower versions are available on request).
• A smooth-surface polyurethane belt is standard. PVC, rubber, or patterned belts can also be used depending on the application.
• The conveyor drive system uses a geared motor, with power transmitted by a belt or chain.
• An idler roller system prevents the belt from drifting sideways.
• The standard drive and idler drums are Ø160 mm, although dimensions may vary with belt thickness and length.
• The belt conveyor legs are fixed and manufactured to the required height.
• Motor power varies according to belt length and width.
