Technical Specifications

• Storage bins are manufactured from 2.5 mm sheet steel, with mild steel, galvanized steel or grade 430/304 stainless steel available as required.
• Reinforcing profiles balance the pressure inside the bin.
• Special press-bent support plates are bolted to the bin panels according to their dimensions.
• All components are shipped disassembled and bolted together on site.
• Product discharge can be arranged centrally or at the side as required.
• Observation windows allow the product level inside the bin to be monitored.
• An optional load-cell weighing system measures the weight of the stored product.
• Optional level sensors automatically monitor the product level in the bin.
• Square-profile legs provide the required discharge clearance.
• An access hatch allows cleaning, maintenance and servicing inside the bin.
• The bin is covered to protect the product from external factors and foreign materials.
• Manual sliding gates are standard on the discharge chutes; ball-bearing slides or pneumatic gates are available as options.
• Optional flow retarders help reduce product damage during storage.
• Additional panels can be installed quickly to increase capacity when sufficient height is available.
