The de-stoner machines are used to clean dry and granular agricultural products from stone, sand, glass, soil and other high-density materials.

The machine consists of three main sections: a fixed chassis, a moving main body, and a feeding and aspiration unit.
The airflow can be adjusted precisely.
The screen inclination angle is adjustable.
The inclination angle and airflow can be adjusted to suit the product type and the amount of stones present.
An 11 kW fan is mounted horizontally to provide aspiration.
The machine is designed for low dust and noise emissions.
Air pressure is monitored using a dedicated gauge.
Uniform airflow across the screen and even product distribution through vibration provide high separation accuracy.
Vibratory motors provide low energy consumption.
