Conveyor loading belts are used to lift bags, packages, boxes, sand, gravel, feed and similar products from ground level, load them onto vehicles or stack them. Depending on the overall machine length, the loading height can be adjusted to the required level by a steel-wire-rope pulley system. Standard lengths are 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12 metres. A three-phase or single-phase geared electric motor operating at 60 rpm is used in the drive system. Various belt patterns are available according to requirements and operating conditions. The conveyors can be attached to various agricultural machines or the rear of a truck using special fittings and can be moved over short distances.
An endless belt rotating on two belt drums carries the bag or product supplied at the lower end to the upper discharge point. The textured points on the belt prevent the bag from slipping backwards. The height is adjusted using a manual crank or an automatic motorized system. The conical roller arrangement creates a concave belt surface for effective product conveying.
